Shipping Information

We provide transport to any corner of the country, within 2-5 working days from the confirmation of the order, regardless of the distance. We currently collaborate with fast courier companies: GLS, Fan Curier.


Transport can be:

FREE - if your order exceeds 200Euro.

SUPPORTED BY THE CUSTOMER - if your order does not exceed the amount of 200Euro or if you purchase products from the IT Packages category or "Special" products. The payment amount for the transport, in this case, is 5Euro.


The payment of the transport for the products sent under warranty will be borne by the Customer - Outward and by Computershop - returned.

For the return of grade B products, round-trip courier fees of 5+5Euro are paid.

NOTE: In the case of orders where the parcel is refused without a well-founded and mutually accepted reason, the round trip payment will be borne by the customer (10Euro).


Computershop merchandise reception procedure

There are situations in which, due to poor transport, the courier or the handling of the goods, the product ordered by you suffers damage

In this case this package becomes NON-CONFORMING

What does a NON-CONFORMING package mean:

• The box shows traces of hits (the box easily returns to its original shape, but the hit remains visible)

• Has traces of moisture

• The cardboard is torn, crushed

• Has traces of a cut, undone seal (especially in the case of Bonuses)


Customer goods reception procedure

You have the obligation to check the integrity of the parcels in the presence of the courier or carrier when receiving the goods

COURIER (FAN, GLS, SAMEDAY)

For any irregularity reported above, you must follow the steps below:

• Notify the Intelink company in the presence of the courier

• Refuse the parcel (mention the reason for the refusal on the awb)

• Switch to AWB - DAMAGED PARCEL

• Before signing the AWB, check the number of parcels entered on the AWB, to be EQUAL to the one received physically.

• Any missing package must be mentioned on the receiving AWB

ATTENTION: Any notification / mention made must be made both on the copy that remains with the courier and on your copy!

Otherwise, the notification is NOT valid
