SC INTERLINK GROUP S.R.L. referred to as "Computershop" registered at the Trade Registry with no. J40/2422/1997 and having the Unique Registration Code: RO9320017 is the company responsible for managing the WWW.COMPUTERSHOP.EU website and the Computershop store.

The use of this site implies the exact observance of the terms and conditions shown below regardless of the buyer's status (natural person, legal person, firm, company or other legal entity that issues an order through the site). Computershop reserves the right to modify these provisions in accordance with the modification of the rights given by law and/or the evolution of the company and its suppliers without prior notification.


1. Copyright

The entire content of the www.computershop.eu site (images, texts, web graphic elements, scripts and other data) is the property of Computershop and its suppliers. All this content is protected by the Copyright Law and the laws on intellectual and industrial property. The use of some of the above-mentioned elements without the written consent of Computershop is punished according to the laws in force.

2. Access to Information and Confidentiality

Computershop allows the use of the site by any buyer in strict personal interest. Downloading, copying, using the elements mentioned in Copyright without the written consent of the company is sanctioned according to the laws in force.

The personal data of each buyer are registered in the site's database and are used strictly to prepare documents necessary for a transaction, transport and/or marketing studies within Computershop.

The company assumes the responsibility not to alienate, sell or make public the databases of the computershop.eu website, they can only be transmitted to the authorities responsible for verifying commercial transactions, only for justified purposes.

Your personal data can still be used by the Computershop to send you commercial advertising materials or special information in electronic format. You always have the possibility to unsubscribe from receiving these materials with a single click.


3. Limitation of obligations for products and services

a. Product description and availability

Computershop assumes the rights to manage the description and pictures of the products on the website computershop.eu. The product description can sometimes be incomplete due to the lack of information provided by the manufacturer or supplier. All product descriptions are based on the specifications provided by the manufacturer and/or checks within the company.

The pictures displayed on the website may be informative for certain products.

We reserve the right to modify the technical specifications and product pictures displayed on the computershop.eu website without prior notice.

Computershop cannot guarantee the availability in stock of all the products displayed on the computershop.eu website. For details related to stocks and product availability, contact us through the means available in the Contact section.

b. Services offered by Computershop

Computershop is not responsible for any defects suffered by the products due to transport. Finding the condition of the products sent by courier companies is done only in the presence of the courier.

All services offered by Computershop they are strictly addressed to buyers and are offered on the basis of an order, invoice and/or guarantee. They cannot be alienated to another person, the buyer is directly responsible for the product received and fully assumes the risks of damaging it intentionally. Any inconsistency regarding the ordered product can be resolved within a maximum of 14 days from its receipt, after this period no more requests will be received on this topic.

We reserve the right to select the courier companies through which we deliver the products in accordance with the contracts concluded with the courier companies Nemo Express, GLS, DPD Dynamic Parcel Distribution. The products can be sent through other courier companies established only by mutual agreement of both parties (Buyer - Seller).

The transport costs related to the guarantees will be fully borne by the Computershop (round-trip) only if a product arrives at its destination with problems and returns to the company within a maximum of 3 calendar days.

If the transport is to be paid by the Computershop, the customer has the obligation to send the product to the Computershop only through the courier companies Nemo Express, GLS, DPD Dynamic Parcel Distribution

Note! Do not confuse the Product Warranty with the RETURN REQUEST! The product warranty ensures its service, while the RETURN REQUEST ensures the possibility of returning or exchanging a product.

c. Product warranty and service

Computershop undertakes the responsibility of providing a 12-month warranty for the products displayed on the website, except for special products that do not benefit from the warranty.

When a defect is detected, the customer is obliged to notify the company and establish the terms of delivery, service time and transport costs by mutual agreement.

The service is granted, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, to any product with defects not intentionally caused by the owner or damage due to natural calamities or accidents, only on the basis of a warranty certificate or an invoice.

We do not provide service to products that have suffered intentional damage (hit, burned, wet, cut, broken, etc.), products damaged as a result of natural calamities or accidents (fires, floods, explosions, landslides, etc.), products that have suffered software damage due to user inattention (unlicensed programs, viruses, non-functional programs, etc.)

d. Terms and conditions of delivery

Before sending a product under warranty, the customer is obliged to contact by phone and establish, by common agreement, the terms and conditions of delivery together with a representative of the company.

Products sent for service must be accompanied by a copy of the warranty certificate and/or a copy of the invoice. On the back of the copy of the bag, the customer's contact details (Name, Surname, Address and Telephone number) will be mentioned, as well as the reason for sending the product for service. (eg: it arrived with a broken screen, non-functional product, etc.).

The shipping costs of the product to the company will be borne by the customer at the time of shipment, with the Computershop paying the shipping back to the customer (only if the product defect is real and falls within the warranty terms)

The transport costs will be fully borne by the Computershop (round-trip) only if a product arrives at its destination with problems and returns to the company within a maximum of 3 calendar days.

If the transport is to be paid by the Computershop, the customer has the obligation to send the product to the Computershop only through the Nemo Express courier company.

If the customer bears the transport costs, he can choose any courier company he wants, the exception being Posta Romana.

Products that do not comply with the conditions mentioned above will not be accepted in service; they will be returned to the sender, who will bear the costs of round-trip transport.

Note! Do not confuse the Product Guarantee with the Extra Return Guarantee!

The product guarantee ensures its service, while the Return Guarantee ensures the possibility of returning or exchanging a product.

e. Voucher Codes and Promotions

Computershop does not allow the cumulative use of Vouchers regardless of their type and/or value.

The gift voucher received after a previous transaction can be used for a single order and can cover a maximum of 50% of its value.

- The difference in money after using a voucher is borne by the customer.

The permanent discount vouchers, obtained as a result of the sales flow (Customer Loyalty Vouchers) can be used for each order.

The Customer Loyalty Voucher can increase if the customer's orders exceed the Bronze, Silver or Gold thresholds.

The Customer Loyalty Voucher may decrease or be withdrawn if the customer does not comply with the terms and conditions of its use.

During the promotions held on the www.computershop.eu website, discount vouchers combined with the current promotion cannot be used, regardless of their form.

During promotional campaigns with discounts on all products on the website, vouchers cannot be used, because the voucher application section is closed.

If you are a distributor, please contact our sales agents.

(Ex: If during the Happy Weekend promotion you use a voucher, either permanently or as a gift, you will only benefit from the discount on the voucher. This is not cumulative with the discount on the promotion)

(Ex: During promotions such as Black Friday / Anniversaries etc., the vouchers cannot be used or replaced with the promotion discount.)

Note! Both Gift Vouchers and Permanent Vouchers CANNOT be transferred to another person, CANNOT be converted into money, goods or other services from the Computershop.

The customer is responsible for writing down and retaining the alphanumeric code of the voucher, regardless of its type.

Computershop does NOT assume responsibility for the loss or alienation of vouchers, regardless of their type and/or value.

f. Loans

Credits represent 5% of the value of an order; these amounts are accumulated in the customer's account and can be used for full or partial payment of one or more orders.

The credit is granted for every online order on the www.computershop.eu website, regardless of the current promotion, voucher codes used or distribution discounts.

If you use the existing credit for an order, you will not receive another credit for that order.

Credits CANNOT be transferred to another person, CANNOT be turned into money, goods or other services from the Computershop.

They can be used strictly to fully or partially pay one or more online orders on the computershop.eu website

If a credit has not been used within 6 months of receiving it, it will expire, and it will not be able to be used afterwards.


4. Limitation of obligations for prices

All prices presented on the www.computershop.eu website include VAT (19%), this price does not include the delivery cost of the product, unless the product is part of a special promotion.

The purchase price printed on the invoice will be the same as that established by the sales consultant at the time of order confirmation as the firm order or, in the case of orders with online payment directly by credit card, this price will be the one published on the website at the time of purchase.

Computershop reserves the right to limit the minimum order price to 250 RON and the right to change the prices of products and promotions on the computershop.eu website without prior notice.


5. Conditions and terms of payment

Payment for orders will be made in advance or upon delivery of the products (reimbursement) in accordance with the concluded contracts. Computershop reserves the right to request payment of an order in advance.

Advance payment can be made by payment order or online credit card, following which the proof of payment must be sent to Computershop to the e-mail address vanzari@computershop.eu. In these cases, the delivery will be made after the confirmation of the money transfer to the Computershop account by the client or the provider of electronic payments. In the case of an advance order, the products must be paid in full to initiate the delivery.

The minimum order for online card payment is 5Euro and for cash on delivery.


6. Responsibilities regarding user comments and reviews

Users who visit the Computershop website have the opportunity to leave comments and/or reviews of the products sold, which will be published on the website after approval by the technical team.

We reserve the right not to publish on the site comments with illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening content, which in any way disturbs the private life of other people, texts regarding various promotional campaigns, which violate intellectual property rights, contain viruses, letters in chain, mass emails or any other form of spam.

Computershop you will not be responsible nor will you be able to be obliged to pay compensation for any form of damage caused by the publication of such texts.

The user guarantees that he has all the rights to the content he transmits to be published on the site, by any means, and is directly responsible for the published texts.


7. Responsibilities regarding external links, server, browser

The website www.computershop.eu is hosted by the servers of a third company. Computershop is not responsible for errors appearing on the website due to the server that hosts it or the different types of browsers used to navigate the www.computershop.eu website

Computershop is not responsible for any errors, damage, loss of data, content or nature of external websites accessed through computershop.eu.


8. The right to cancel the order and return the products

Any buyer has the right to notify S.C. in writing. Computershop as giving up the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 60 working days from receiving the product (14 Days according to OG 34/2014 art 9) or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. By returning within this term (14 Days according to OG 34/2014 art 9) the product by completing the RETURN REQUEST.

In this case, the consumer only bears the direct costs related to the return of the products, unless the supplier agrees to bear those costs.

The consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the product resulting from their manipulation, the characteristics and the functioning of the products.

This right cannot be invoked in the case of products for which a trial or software installation was made (licensed programs) and were picked up by the buyer directly from our headquarters.

9. Obligation regarding Licenses, Downloads and ISO Standards.

a. Licenses for operating systems

All Laptop and Computer products sold by Computershop through the website computershop.eu, they come without installed software, apart from the products that have expressly specified in the description that they have pre-installed operating systems.

The customer can buy a license for an operating system only together with a Laptop or Computer displayed on the Computershop website.

The license is valid for a single computer or laptop and is not transferable. Multiple licenses cannot be purchased together with a single computer or laptop.

b. Download drivers from the website www.computershop.eu

Drivers for most products sold by Computershop through the website computershop.eu they can be found in the Drivers section on the website's main page. They are downloaded free of charge from the manufacturer's page and strictly give you the right to install them on the purchased product for the operation of the various components/accessories. You have no legal rights over driver products, they are not marketed, modified, distributed abusively, they are not used for any purpose other than the one for which they were intended.

For products whose drivers are not found on the www.computershop.eu website, they can be downloaded free of charge from the manufacturer's website.

Computershop does not engage in the installation of drivers and is not responsible for the incorrect installation of drivers downloaded from the computershop.eu website or other external websites including the manufacturers' websites.

c. Provisions regarding ISO Standards

According to the laws in force, LCD monitor (TFT) products as well as other devices/devices with a TFT screen are manufactured according to the ISO14602-Class II Standard. This standard allows the existence of a minimum of 3 dead pixels upon delivery. All products of this kind are not considered defective according to the above.


10. Refurbished products and special products

a. Refurbished products

Refurbished products are products that have been reconditioned and put back on sale.

They come from stock liquidations and/or operational leases.

Refurbished products may lack accessories such as: installation CDs, manuals, data cables and other accessories from the standard packages.

b. Special products

Special products are products that do not have defects like those of the Grade B type, but are products that, as the case may be, may be: untested, products that do not benefit from transport, products that do not benefit from a guarantee, products that can only be picked up from the headquarters company or products whose consumables are missing.

Special products may have one or more characteristics from those mentioned above, they being displayed in the title or description of the product. Thus, the buyer is informed that the respective product is special and you will know its characteristics before purchasing it.


11. Information on WEEE (Ecoptax / environmental recycling tax)

Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) may contain hazardous substances that have a negative impact on the environment and human health if they are not collected separately. Considering the provisions of GEO 195/2005 on environmental protection and GEO 5/2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment, customers will have the following in mind: buyers are obliged not to dispose of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) as waste unsorted municipal and to collect this WEEE separately.

Order no. 1503/2017 published by the Ministry of the Environment modifies and completes the methodology for calculating taxes and contributions to the Environmental Fund, introducing from January 1, 2018 GEO 5/2015, Art 34 which defines the ecopTAX® tax.

ecoPTAX® is not paid for the components or elements of an equipment (electrical or electronic components that are part of electrical or electronic circuits, plugs, sockets, terminal blocks, etc.) but only on a complete equipment (computer, laptop, AIO system, UPS, printer, etc.). This fee represents a guarantee of recycling and sums up the costs of collection, treatment and non-polluting disposal of electrical and electronic equipment that have become waste.


NOTE!

According to the rules in force, Computershop is absolved of any fault regarding the problems, defects or characteristics of the Special and Grade B products because the buyer is put in awe of them before purchasing these products. Thus, by purchasing the respective products, the customer accepts the terms and conditions imposed.
