We assume responsibility for providing a guarantee for all products sold, except for special products.
The products sold on our website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity.
Any product sent for service must be accompanied by: the original packaging, all the accessories with which it was delivered and a copy of the warranty certificate and/or a copy of the invoice. On the back of the copy of the bag, the customer's contact details (Name, Surname, Address and Telephone number) will be mentioned, as well as the reason for sending the product for service.
The guarantee is granted exclusively to products purchased from Computershop that meet the conditions for entry into service, the company not being liable to third parties who have purchased products sold by Computershop through various distributors.
The technical department will carry out the service operations within a maximum of 15 working days from the receipt of the products.
If, for various reasons, it will not be possible to solve the problems of the product / defective products, within a period of 30 calendar days, the beneficiary has the right to claim their value or to replace the defective products with other products.
If the product cannot be replaced with an identical one, it will be replaced with a product as close as possible to the defective one.
If, for various reasons, the owner does not claim the product within 60 calendar days from its delivery under warranty/service, Computershop reserves the right to use the product for the purpose of its scrapping or recycling, or its recovery to cover its handling and storage costs!
Computershop reserves the right to request the price difference if the beneficiary requests the exchange of products with products from another price category.
| We reserve the right to refuse receiving the products in service, if they are in one or more of the following cases: |

| - failure to present the warranty certificate for various reasons (loss, alienation, etc.); |
| - presentation of the product upon entering service without being accompanied by a document specifying the claimed defect and the contact details of the beneficiary; |
| - the lack of one of the accessories with which the product was delivered; |
| - damaged or missing product labels or seals; |
| - the product has undergone modifications or repairs by unauthorized persons; |
| - the product was damaged due to improper handling. |
| Exceptions that are not covered by the warranty: |

| - the company has no obligation to repair, reinstall or restore pre-installed software and programs; |
| - various consumable parts of the products (example: laptop batteries, printer ovens, printer cylinders, printer developer, printer toner, cables and peripherals offered as a bonus, etc.) |
| - products that have been damaged or modified intentionally or as a result of the beneficiary's inattention (burnt chips, processors with missing or bent pins, cuts in the wiring, broken CDs inside the optical drive, missing integrated parts of the products, etc.) |
| - products damaged as a result of natural calamities or accidents (fires, oversupply, floods, explosions, landslides, etc.) |
| - products that have suffered software damage due to user inattention (unlicensed programs, viruses, non-functional programs, etc.) |
| - video cards used to mine cryptocurrencies (video cards used for any type of mining lose their warranty) |
