I risultati mostrano che l&#8217;uso frequente di strumenti come ChatGPT pu\u00f2 ridurre la memoria, l&#8217;impegno cognitivo e la creativit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Come \u00e8 stato condotto lo studio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I ricercatori del MIT hanno diviso i partecipanti in tre gruppi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un gruppo che ha utilizzato ChatGPT per scrivere un saggio,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>uno che ha utilizzato un motore di ricerca,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un gruppo che non ha utilizzato alcun tipo di assistenza tecnologica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le scansioni EEG hanno monitorato l&#8217;attivit\u00e0 cerebrale durante il processo di scrittura, e i saggi sono stati valutati sia da sistemi di IA che da valutatori umani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I risultati dello studio sull&#8217;uso dell&#8217;IA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gli utenti di ChatGPT hanno mostrato la pi\u00f9 bassa attivazione neurale, in particolare nelle aree legate alla memoria e al pensiero critico. Rispetto agli altri due gruppi, hanno avuto pi\u00f9 difficolt\u00e0 a trattenere le informazioni e a ricordare ci\u00f2 che avevano scritto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le persone che hanno utilizzato solo un motore di ricerca e il gruppo senza alcun aiuto tecnologico hanno dimostrato un impegno cognitivo pi\u00f9 profondo e una memoria migliore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nelle conclusioni dello studio, i ricercatori del MIT hanno notato un degrado della capacit\u00e0 di apprendere e di pensare criticamente quando la dipendenza dall&#8217;IA diventa un&#8217;abitudine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un fenomeno gi\u00e0 presente nella nostra vita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In effetti, questo fenomeno non \u00e8 sorprendente. Prima dell&#8217;era dei computer e degli smartphone, le persone memorizzavano percorsi di autobus, numeri di telefono, indirizzi e altre informazioni essenziali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oggi abbiamo tutto a portata di clic, ma questo significa che non memorizziamo pi\u00f9 le informazioni. Quanti di noi ricordano ancora il numero di telefono del partner o di un familiare? O quanti hanno dimenticato cosa volevano cercare dopo aver aperto il telefono?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tecnologia, inclusa l&#8217;IA, \u00e8 uno strumento prezioso e ci semplifica la vita, ma la dipendenza o l&#8217;uso eccessivo pu\u00f2 avere un costo nascosto: la perdita graduale della memoria, della creativit\u00e0 e del pensiero critico. La soluzione?
